Who am I?

My name is Luke Montgomery. I help businesses understand who their customers are and how to best serve them through user experience design.  I’m the guy to call when you want to figure out why your customers aren’t buying and what to do about it. I work on projects covering each stage of the product design process from concept, strategy, branding, research, UX, and UI.
